Shipping costs vary according to the type of shipment, the place of destination and the volume of the goods. Orders over € 300 are shipped for free.

All orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday, except on weekdays. Usually an order is shipped after 24/48 hours. When the order leaves our warehouse, a tracking email is sent.

Yes, you can collect your order in any partner shop located in Italy. If you have selected a collection from a shop, we will send you an e-mail to inform you of the arrival of your order in the shop you have chosen. You will have 5 days to collect your order. Remember to bring your ID with you.
