Return policy:

The return policy of benjaminmooreitalia.com allows you to rethink your purchase and return the purchased item within 14 days. Sales of unopened products with original manufacturer'spackaging in good condition, with can clips attached can be return. Sales of custom tinted paint are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

First, please send an email to benjaminmoore@mundelsrl.com specifying the order number and the products for witch you want to return. If everything is ok, you will be authorized to proceed by e-mail. Carefully pack the products and send them by courrier to: Mundel srl - Via Pantelleria 11, 20156 Milano (MI), Italia. After the confirmation of the return authorization, you have 10 days to send the products to us, after this deadline the right to return lapses.

You can also return the products directly to our store in Milan. Warning! Also for this type of return, you must request authorization. Returns not previously authorised will not be managed.

The refund will be made within 10 working days from the momentwe receive the products you have returned. As soon as we have verified the status of the returned products, we will send you an e-mail. The refund will be made with the same payment method used during the purchase.
